Can I return a product?

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products, consumed items, or products with a broken seal.

However, if an item is damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant upon receipt of your order, our team is committed to providing a prompt and hassle-free solution — replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, refunds can no longer be issued.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Orders are typically prepared within hours of confirmation to ensure optimal product freshness.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the refund processing time?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your banking institution or payment method.
