1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Once payment confirmation is received, orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Please note that during sales or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
To prevent exposure to freezing temperatures or extreme heat, orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or left in a community mailbox.
Atlas Olive Oils Canada is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping details before completing their order.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Important Notice – Winter Conditions
During colder months, olive oil may temporarily solidify or appear cloudy during transport or after delivery.
This is a natural and reversible phenomenon that does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
If your bottle arrives partially solidified:
• Simply place it at room temperature
• The oil will naturally return to its liquid state within a few hours
Responsibility After Delivery
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We strongly recommend:
• Retrieving the package promptly upon delivery
• Avoiding prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures
Atlas Olive Oils cannot be held responsible for issues related to extended outdoor exposure after delivery.

Shipping Fees and Available Options
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on product format, parcel type, and delivery province.
Small Parcels
(All products except 3L and 5L tins, Gift Boxes, and the 3×500 ml Discovery Offer)

Important Information
Shipping fees displayed at checkout are final and reflect the parcel type associated with your order.
Express shipping is currently available only in Quebec and Ontario.
*Certain regions are not currently serviced: Yukon, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and time of year.

Free Shipping – Conditions
Free shipping is available in Quebec on qualifying orders, subject to the following conditions:
Free shipping applies to orders:
• $70 or more before taxes
• Delivered to an address located in Quebec
• Shipped via standard delivery
• Containing products other than 3L and 5L tins, Gift Boxes, and the Discovery Offer
Non-Eligible Products
Due to their size and logistical constraints, the following items are excluded from free shipping:
• Gift Boxes
• 3×500 ml Discovery Offer
• 3L and 5L tins
Additional Notes
When all conditions are met, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
If an order includes a non-eligible product or express shipping is selected, the corresponding shipping fees will apply.
Shipping terms may be adjusted during promotional periods or due to operational constraints.

Discounts, Promotional Codes & Special Offers
Promo codes, coupons, and discount offers cannot be combined.
Only one discount may be applied per order:
Either a percentage/amount discount or a free shipping promotion — never both simultaneously.
Some offers are applied automatically, while others require a promo code.
Expiration dates, terms, and conditions may vary.
Please refer to the source where you obtained your promo code (newsletter, social media, partner, etc.) for full details and validity dates.
If multiple promotions are available, the most advantageous offer will automatically apply — but it cannot be combined with any other discount.
Atlas Olive Oils Gift Card
How will I receive the gift card?
Atlas Olive Oils gift cards are digital and sent by email immediately after purchase to the address provided at checkout.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone?
Yes.
Simply enter the recipient’s email address at checkout.
You may also send it to yourself and forward it later.
Does the gift card expire?
No.
Our gift cards have no expiration date.
What products can the gift card be used for?
The gift card is valid across the entire Atlas Olive Oils online store, including:
Organic extra virgin olive oils, gift sets, discovery offers, and large formats (3L and 5L).
Can I use the gift card multiple times?
Yes.
Any remaining balance stays available until fully used.
What if my order exceeds the gift card value?
You may simply pay the difference using your preferred payment method at checkout.
Are gift cards taxable?
Gift cards are not taxed at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes are calculated only when the card is used, based on products ordered and delivery address (if applicable).
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in accordance with standard e-commerce practices.
Can a gift card be used with a promo code?
Yes, unless otherwise specified.
Promotions and ongoing offers can generally be combined with a gift card.
What if I lose the gift card email?
No problem.

Are gift cards valid in-store?
Currently, Atlas Olive Oils gift cards are valid exclusively on our online boutique.
3. Can I Track My Shipped Order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive email notifications at each stage of the process:
• Order confirmation
• Processing confirmation
• Shipping confirmation
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You may track your package at any time until delivery.
